Responsibilities:

-Responsible for keeping internal financial records and generating monthly reports

-Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, summaries and other cost-benefit analysis

-Issuing and collecting payments, processing payroll and ensuring relevant laws and regulations

-Develop and implement financial policies, systems and procedures

-Coordinate the budget process

Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business

-CPA a strong asset

-Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the accounting field

-Experience in the manufacturing industry a strong asset

-Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Responsible for overall Company controllership, credit, finance and asset management
• Establishes accounting policies, procedures, and standards
• Supervises the accounting functions
• Develops and proposes credit policies
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with lending institutions and insurance companies
• Manages data processing work
• Supervises all accounting and credit personnel
• Prepares timely monthly financial statements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, CPA designation a must
• Must have foreign exchange transactions
• Superior computer skills – MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Superb analytical and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Accountability and dependability
