Our client in Mississauga is seeking an IT Director.

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies, roadmaps, and policies that align with the organization’s overall goals.

-Leading and mentoring IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. 

-Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 

-Evaluating, selecting, and implementing new technologies, software, and hardware to improve business operations. 

-Facilitating communication between the IT department and other departments, as well as with senior management. 

Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology

-Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT field

-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
